Dear Rural Health Network Governing Board Member:

Due to the excused absences of most of the Governing Board Members and the lack of a quorum, the Governing Board Meeting originally scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2005 at 9AM has been cancelled.

The next meeting of the Board is scheduled for Monday, January 23, 2006 at 10AM at 2855 Overseas Highway in Marathon.  This will be the annual meeting of the membership, and will be followed by a luncheon, dedication of the new facility and an open house.
