Locations, Hours of Operation and Phone Numbers

UPPER KEYS

Rural Health Network is partnering with the Monroe County Department of Health, in the Upper Keys, to provide primary health care.  Primary care will be available in Tavernier, at 50 Highpoint Road, Suite 105.  The services are available during weekday hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Phone 305-853-3240 for appointments.  Walk-ins welcome, appointments preferred.

Normally the clinic is closed for lunch between 12-1 p.m.

Handicapped Accessible

 

MIDDLE KEYS

The Rural Health Clinic in Marathon, provides Primary Care Services at 2901-2 Overseas Hwy, (next to the Wellness Center), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to last appointment at 5:00 PM

Normally the clinic is closed for lunch between 1-2 p.m.

LOWER KEYS

 

Primary Care Services now in Big Pine.  Located at St. Peter Church, 31300 Overseas Hwy., Big Pine Key.

The services are available during weekday hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Phone 305-393-6153 for appointments.  Walk-ins welcome, appointments preferred.

Normally the clinic is closed for lunch between 12-1 p.m.

Note:  Services provided in our Mobile Medical Van, which is not handicapped Accessible.

 

Holiday Closures:  the Rural Health Network will be closed New Years Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday.  Rural Health Network will also be closed from Christmas Day through New Years Day.
