Due to the need for our landlord to complete renovations in time for their

new tenants (at 5701 Overseas Highway in Marathon) and because of concern

about safety during this construction for staff and clients, we will be

initiating changes in services throughout the month of August 2005.  The

detailed instructions to staff are attached.  However, please note the

following: (1) we will vacate 5701 Overseas Highway on Saturday, 8/6/05; (2)

dental care will be suspended until 9/6/05; patients with appointments will

be rescheduled in September(3) primary care patients will be "routed" to Key

Largo, Islamorada, Big Pine Key and Key West throughout the month; (4) RHNMC

will hopefully move into the new facility at 2855 Overseas Highway on

9/1/05; and, (5) dental services will resume on 9/6/05.
