Special Notice: 

Beginning in May 2008, Rural Health Network is partnering with the Monroe County Department of Health, in the Upper Keys, to provide primary health care.  Primary care will be available in Tavernier, at 50 Highpoint Road, Suite 105.  The services will be available during weekday hours, Monday-Friday.

Coming soon, primary care services may be coming soon to Big Pine Key!  Also, Rural Health has plans to expand its' dental services to the Lower Keys & Key West.  Keep posted at our web-site for more details.

Rural Health Network's rates are set on a sliding fee scale, (based on the federal poverty guidelines). Rural Health Network is a Medicaid provider.  Call today for appointments.

Our Mission

To improve the quality of and access to health care in Monroe County, with the cooperation and involvement of the network membership, other community health care providers and the community at large.  Rural Health Network is a not-for-profit organization and depends upon grants and contributions from the community.

We are a Monroe County based non-profit entity, with 100% Monroe County employees, and a 100% Monroe County Board of Directors (that represent the entire Florida Keys, from Key Largo to Key West), and funded in large part by Monroe County tax dollars.  Rural Health Network has been here to serve the citizens of Monroe County for the past 14 years, with direct care services over the past eight years.
